"Tobi was fantastic at our church Fall Festival event!  Tobi made creative and unique balloons that matched the child's costume and/or color theme.  For example, for Belle from Beauty & the Beast, she made a huge long-stem rose.  Besides being so creative, Tobi made the balloon creations very quickly, within 1-2 minutes.  There were over 300 in attendance and Tobi's creations were very popular with both children and adults!
